- Orders are processed only after final design approval from the client.
- Customized products are made specifically for you and cannot be changed after production begins.
2. Payment Terms
- We require a minimum 50% advance payment to start production.
- The remaining balance must be paid after delivery or dispatch.

3. Design & Printing
- We offer free design assistance before final confirmation.
- Clients must approve the digital proof/mockup before printing.

- Standard production time: 5–10 working days after design approval and payment.
